Equity in CS: Recognizing & Interrupting Bias

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

We know there are large gender and race gaps that currently exist in computer science and STEM fields.  But did you know that our subconscious can play a role in those gaps?  Come join us as we discuss our own personal bias, how to recognize it, and what we can do about.  We will discuss steps to take to increase participation among all students in computer science education.
