Many parts of a micro:bit are pretty intuitive - buttons, LEDs, and shaking, for example - but some require a little more background. This session is focused on digging into one: the gold pins on the bottom.
Participants will start with theoretical understanding of what the pins on a micro:bit are for and how to use the relevant MakeCode/Scratch blocks. They'll apply their knowledge by exploring several different projects incorporating pin press code with physical objects, and expand knowledge of how micro:bit can be used by makers!
